Thanksgiving Schedule Change Form:

Quantum Payroll Systems will be closed on Thursday, November 22nd and Friday, November 23rd in observance of Thanksgiving.  We will be open for Payroll Pick-Up through Wednesday, November 21st until 12:30 PM.  Your Payrolls Check Date, Direct Deposit, And/Or Delivery Date may be affected by this holiday.  If your Payroll Input or Delivery Schedule conflicts with this Holiday, please fill out the form below and submit.

Please keep in mind the following:

 

     - Direct Deposit takes 48 hours to process and Banks are closed on Thursday, November 22nd.

     - There will be NO Delivery on Thursday, November 22nd. All Friday Deliveries are not guaranteed.
